The Town of Binghamton Community Center is located in a picturesque country side setting just minutes from the City of Binghamton. Its size is perfect for wedding receptions, retirement and birthday parties, holiday gatherings, and business training seminars.

$200.00 day rental plus $100.00 refundable security deposit

From Routes 81 and 17
Take Exit 4S (Route 7). Immediately off the exit, go through traffic light and take an immediate right (to Robinson St.) At light at Robinson St., continue straight, and proceed 5 more lights to Conklin Avenue. Turn left onto Conklin Ave. Go to the Weis Market (307 Conklin Ave.), and turn right onto Burr Ave. You will come to a blinking light at 4/10 mile. Continue straight and go 1.9 miles to Murphy Road (1st left). On Murphy Road, go 4/10 mile to Coleman Road (1st left at crest of the hill). The Community Center is on left, just past Renole Drive.
From Town Hall, Town of Binghamton
Turn left out of Town Hall, 279 Park Avenue. Take first left on Carman Road. Go to end of Carman. Turn left onto Morgan. Go to stop sign and turn right onto Gardner Road. Go to end of Gardner Road to stop sign. Turn left onto Pierce Creek Road. Take the first right (Murphy Road). Go 4/10 mile to Coleman Road on left. Community Center is located on left just past Renole Drive.
From Conklin Ave., City of Binghamton
At Weis Market, 307 Conklin Avenue, turn right onto Burr Avenue. You’ll come to a blinking light at 4/10 mile - go straight through. From the blinking light, go 1.9 miles to Murphy Road (on left). Go 4/10 mile to Coleman Road (on left). Community Center is located on left just past Renole Drive.
