License Suspension

Depending on the reason for suspension, you must either pay the fine/surcharge due or you must appear in Court.  If you receive a Notice of Suspension from NYS DMV, you are required to pay a suspension termination fee of $35 per suspension if your ticket(s) are before July 6, 2009.  If your ticket(s) are after July 6, 2009, you must pay $70 per suspension, up to a maximum of $400.
