Revision/Correction to published October 24th 2017 Meeting Minutes

Correction/Revision to October 24th Planning Board Meeting is as follows: The current zoning for the Vestal Hills Country Club is PDD. (NOT R1 as stated in the minutes) The Planning Board has been asked to give it's recommendation to the Town Board for a variance in zoning classification to become R1(Residential, single family) The use of the property as a church is a permitted use under R1 zoning.
